Overview
Asian Quality Services (AQS) is a specialized tiles quality inspection agency operating out of Morbi, India. They conduct on-site pre-shipment quality checks on behalf of foreign buyers importing tiles to the US, Middle East, Europe, and Russia.
What we solved
- Designing a highly flexible product specification system where different foreign buyers require entirely different data points (e.g., Article Codes vs Buyer Stock Numbers) for the exact same tile
- Handling complex packing configurations (boxes per pallet, pallets per container) and auto-calculating required containers based on ordered box quantities
- Managing partial QC completions where a portion of an order passes inspection but the remainder is still in production, requiring branched tracking
- Ensuring tamper-proof inspector attendance verification across remote Morbi manufacturing zones with low network connectivity
