Overview

MIRA THE DECOR HUB Showroom Quotation App is an internal staff terminal for the Bharuch showroom floor. Showroom consultants browse an offline product catalog, customize furniture and décor items, attach walk-in or existing customers, and generate branded quotations — then share PDFs via WhatsApp, email, or download. The mobile app connects to the same FastAPI backend that powers the MIRA D2C storefront and admin console.

The Showroom Floor Challenges

High-touch furniture sales on the showroom floor needed a dedicated tool — not a repurposed e-commerce checkout:

  • No Desktop at Point of Sale: Consultants walk the floor with customers; quotes must be built on a phone or tablet beside the product.
  • Offline Catalog Reliability: Showroom Wi-Fi can be inconsistent; staff need product data, variants, and pricing available without waiting on network calls.
  • Complex Customizations: Tables, chairs, sofas, and décor items carry add-ons (branding, delivery, installation) and showroom discounts that must roll up correctly per line and per quote.
  • Unified Customer Records: Walk-in customers and existing online buyers must resolve to one profile before a quotation is sent.
  • Instant Branded Output: Staff need a shareable PDF on the spot — via WhatsApp, email, or download — without returning to a back-office PC.

The Engineered Solution

We delivered a dedicated Flutter mobile application with Bloc state management, connected to the existing FastAPI backend shared with the MIRA admin panel and D2C website.
